My problems are, I don't like salads, don't like many veggies, don't like nor have too much time to cook or prepare things, etc. It's going to be a huge challenge to find a healthy way of eating that I can tolerate.
But I HAVE to do it. I am fat & gross. I am disgusted with myself. I hate looking in the mirror. I am disgusted with the fact that my clothes from as recent as last summer don't fit. Gross. (Don't need reassurances of how "pretty" I am, as much as they are appreciated, just need help.)
Please help me if you know anything about nutrition. You have to be willing to work with me to find things I can eat. Post here or email me....I am grateful for any help.
