Leaving for rehearsal soon....

Just sitting here watching "Days of Our Lives." I just had my yummy lunch...a burger patty, green beans, & a yummy macaroni salad (although I had to pick out the icky things, like carrots, celery, etc). I have to eat every 3 hours on this eating plan. It's not easy. Especially for someone who is used to eating once maybe twice a day.

It's also difficult to eat on the go...when I am just sitting around the house doing nothing, it's not that big of a deal to eat every 3 hours. But when most of the stuff is refridgerated & you have to take it with you in a lunchbox cooler....then it's a little bit more of a pain. No pain, no gain they say....

And as my diet guru says....nothing tastes as good as thin feels. Nothing tastes as good as success feels....he's right.

I am wearing a cool wig today. It's attached to an Alice band, that's the only thing I don't love about it. I have this same wig in two colors, this one is brown with some blonde highlights on the ends, curly, with braids on top. Very sassy.
The other color is a red/black one, very cool, but only appropriate for a night out. Since I am going to work today, I thought I would play it safe with something a little more tame. Although this one will stir things up enough.

People think it's odd that I like to wear wigs. But I just like to make myself look different in a TEMPORARY way. I would never cut off my beautiful long, blonde hair. That's why they make wigs. So you don't have to do anything crazy that's permanent (or takes years to change).

I am trying to decide whether or not I want to get a jacuzzi. I really, really, really want one.
I have ALWAYS wanted one, since I was little. I have always loved jacuzzis. Always. I HAVE the money, but I probably shouldn't spend it on a jacuzzi...but like I said, it's something I have always wanted. The one I would get...it's portable. Supposedly, it sets up in 20 minutes or less with no tools, & you can set it up indoors or out. That would be cool to set it up inside, if I had room (I don't). But the nice thing about it, I can take it with me wherever I go. It's nothing permanent, so when/if I move from this place, I can take it with me to the next. I am hoping not to move until I can buy my own house, in which case it will HAVE a jacuzzi, but then I could put this one inside, to use during winter. I really think it wouldn't be a bad investment, over time. It heats up to 104 degrees (you are really not supposed to go over that, & even then only for 15 minutes or so at a time), it comes with a cover, they have free shipping....the jacuzzi is $1199 (not including tax). A lot, yes....but to have something I have always wanted??? I dunno....

Next week, I am signing up for ice hockey lessons. I can't wait. I have already played roller hockey, but I have always loved to ice skate. So this should be lots of fun for me. Plus....it would probably be predominantly males in the class...heh-heh...

I am also looking into a Pilates class with a friends. Pilates elongates your muscles, instead of bulking you up. I have huge legs, I definitely don't need to bulk up!!!

I am also going to investigate a class in Krav Maga. I hear it's a really tough form of martial arts.

I wish I could go to the N*Sync concert in July at the Rose Bowl. But the tickets are WAY too expensive. Oh, well...

Anyway, I have to leave in a half hour, so I best get moving. Gotta pack all my meals to go!

On the movie front, I still have no clue if my scenes will end up in the movie. It was a good AND bad experience, & that's hard to explain. Of…

I had a flu shot today. I figured it would be a good idea, since I have virtually no immune system to speak of. Boy, do I feel crummy, though. They…
